BTS to attend the '2019 Grammy Awards' as presenters!

In December, BTS has received their first-ever Grammy nod, making them the first K-pop act to receive recognition from the prestigious music award-giving body.

BTS will reportedly be appearing at the 2019 Grammy Awards!

The news was earlier reported by U.S. media Variety and later on confirmed by Billboard, sending fans to celebrate on Twitter using the trend #BTSxGrammys immediately.

Now, completing for their first Grammy, BTS will go up against the likes of St. Vincent, Foxhole, The Chairman and Mitski in their category. It released two albums - "LOVE YOURSELF: Tear", "LOVE YOURSELF: Answer" - which started waves of BTS fever that has swept across the globe, mesmerizing tens of millions of music fans.

The Straits Times reported BTS finds their global success because of their music that has a blend of hip-hop with rock and pop elements. The lovely and talented Alicia Keys will host the iconic award show that will be loaded with A-list stars from top to bottom.

Rapper Kendrick Lamar leads the way in nominations with eight, followed by Drake with seven and producer Boi-1Da on six. It was also recently announced that Maren Morris, Little Big Town, and Katy Perry will perform with Dolly Parton and Ricky Martin, while J Balvin, and Young Thug will open the show with Camila Cabello. The exclusive Grammys after-party lineup, on the other hand, will be attended by TLC, En Vogue, Kurt Elling, and DJ Michelle Pesce.

Korean pop superstars BTS will be presenting at the 2019 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, in addition to being nominated for one of the coveted gramophone trophies.
