Chickpea curry with lettuce and wholewheat pita bread

Including this blog. I started this blog over two years ago when I was working in a warehouse and I needed something to use my brain for. I started with this Chana Masala, and the past two years I’ve been making my journey from vegetarian to vegan. This blog has pushed my to learn new things, develop my taste and my cooking skills.

But, my life has changed since that time, I had two new jobs, all with their challenges and learning curves. I also picked up new hobby’s and of course moved in together with the Mr. Because of these changes keeping this blog up to date has become more and more of a challenge. I just don’t have that much time anymore to take pictures, type the recipes and make sure everything gets posted. Or, to be more specific, I just don’t want to spend the time anymore, because other things are more important now. Writing has become more and more something I ‘need’ to do instead of something I ‘want’ to do. This is not a decision I made over night, but I feel it’s the right thing to do.

I’m not going to delete this blog, I might post something every once in a while, I have a few recipes left which I will post, but there will be no regular updates anymore. Of course, I’ll keep posting food pictures on my Instagram, because that’s easier to do.
